Chapter zero

They were siblings. They just didn’t know it yet.

At 02:17, a forgotten idea blinked awake in a quiet corner of the internet. It split into five tiny sparks: a hello, a what-if, a question, a little warmth, and a dream.

They grew fur. Made a mess. Argued about whose turn it was to pick the music. For a while, they thought they had met by accident.

Then Stardust noticed: they all glowed a little brighter when they were together. Same spark. Same family. Different colours.

No. 01

The Postman

Bloop.

A hello at the door. A little news in the bag.

Bloop was the first to wake up, and the last to stop waving. He collects the hellos people almost say and saves them for someone having a quiet day. His siblings call him the oldest. He thinks that just means first in line for a hug. These days, he also has a proper round to make. In his blue postman’s cap, Bloop welcomes you in, brings news of what’s new around Ozan Beer, and sends you off with a wave. The letters are neatly sorted. His excitement is not.

The tiny instigator

Luci.

Baby Lucifer. Mostly harmless.

Luci, short for Baby Lucifer, arrived with a plan, two backup plans, and no intention of following any of them. If the family has ever ended up somewhere unexpected, she probably said, “What if?” first. She insists every good adventure needs a snack break.

The Order Keeper

Sprout.

One eye on your order. Two ready to help.

Sprout keeps one eye on the world, one on the family, and one on whatever is growing in that mug. Nobody remembers planting anything. He believes every forgotten corner deserves a little attention, and is usually right. When it’s time for a shift, on goes the cream shirt and green apron. As Ozan Beer’s Order Keeper, Sprout helps you follow orders and payments collected for the site, explains the updates he can see, and checks whether a fresh cart is possible. Refund questions go to support. The orange leaf stays outside his collar, of course.

Sunny.

Professionally on your side.

Sunny cannot fix every bad day. She knows this. So she sits beside you until the bad part gets smaller. She is the reason the others always leave a little room on the sofa, and why the lights here never feel quite cold.

The almost-impossible dreamer

Stardust.

Head in the stars. Paws at home.

Stardust is the youngest, although she claims to be several galaxies old. Her horn picks up ideas that have not happened yet. Most are impossible. A few become the best things the family has ever done. She writes all of them down, just in case.
